DQ-PP wire ropes are available in different sizes and strands. The extensive range makes it easy to choose a perfectly fitting model.
✔ We carry wire ropes in thicknesses of 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm and 16mm.
✔ Our galvanised steel wire ropes correspond to the DIN European standard EN12385-4 and belong to the rope classes 1x7, 1x19, 6x7, 6x19 and 6x37, meaning 1 or 6 strands with 7, 19 or 37 wires each.
✔ A higher number of individual wires provides both higher flexibility and increased stability.
Accessories in kits (see listing's title for specific of this kit):
- Thimble - Material: steel C10, galvanised. Compliant with DIN 6899B standard. Thimbles help in the formation of eyelets/loops on the rope ends by protecting it from damage by friction and chafing.
- U-Bolt rope clamp -Material: steel C15, galvanised. Compliant with DIN 741. These rope clamps serve to clip together either one rope looped or two ropes.
- Eye-hook turnbuckle - Material: steel C15, galvanised. Compliant with DIN 1480 & PN-EN 1993-1-1 standards. Used to tension ropes and help connect or secure them in place.
