These are very small, smaller than expected, smaller than necessary for discretion. 3 inches (8.6 cm) by 2.5 inches (6.6cm) before folding in half per instruction. They are no bigger than a folded up tissue, but they do hold their shape better. Mostly I'm overwhelmed by how expensive they are - 10-15 times more expensive than a pack of the same amount of panty liners or maternity breast pads - and those come with the added manufacturing costs of adhesive, backing paper, and printed packaging. These come wrapped in pink tissue, in a plain cardboard box with a tear off strip to open.I'm not sure what benefit the 'butterfly' shape is, unless it's to make it easier to fold in half, as once squashed between two sweaty boobs it is just a narrow rectangle with a curved top.So to the positives, they are a nice thickness and do absorb sweat from the cleavage, and are a reasonable quality pad.I didn't need it to stop sweat dripping from the cleavage and pooling underneath my breasts, that part of me is quite capable of producing its own sweat, and I use antiperspirant there, and I can't see how a tiny cleavage pad would stop underboob sweat. However I was getting some irritation and rash in the cleavage, and, once treated, decided a sweat pad would help prevent a reoccurrence. I have previously tried the kind that tucks under the bra along with a bit that goes up between the breasts but found it very uncomfortable, and also tried a folded tissue - which although effective has a tendency to fall down and bunch up. So when this box of pads is used up, I'll try a folded cloth handkerchief, I really don't want to throw nearly £12 in the bin every 30 days. Won't be buying again.

Have received tne pads and the quality feels great . Not had chance to use yet but will update in time

I wanted to try these I I was suffering from intertrigo but they weren’t any use, didn’t stay in place.
