One of my favorite finds ever. These keep your cheese so fresh and they stay mold free and don’t get slimy. The cheese stays just like the day you bought it or removed it from the package.My hot tip is that Williams So ima sells the same exact ones made by the same company under their name Williams So ima brand, and you get 30 bags for $19.95. Do not hesitate to buy these. They are a bit of a splurge, but you will never ever wrap your cheese in plastic wrap to store it ever again. Love, love, love these cheese bags. A winner for all cheese lovers.

These really do solve the problem of how to keep cheese fresh once the original packet is opened. Cheese in them seems to really last. And they can be reused several times over. Excellent product.

I use these bags for our staple cheddar. If you carefully fold the bags, they can easily last for 4 - 6 weeks. The cheese doesn't sweat and stays fresh. There's just the 2 of us but we are cheese lovers so the bag is open daily. One set will easily last a year. Worth it!

I was a little sceptical of these bags but saw a good write-up in a foodie magazine, so decided to give them a try. So far only used them on a block of everyday cheddar cheese, but the cheese has stayed wonderfully fresh and not dried out on any of the edges as it normally would.Not cheap, but if they save cheese they will quickly pay for themselves.

専門店で買うお高めのチーズ。料理に使うようなスーパーにあるようなものではなく、気分が良い時はワインや日本酒を引っ張り出してきてちびちび齧りながら、この世にこんな美味いものがあるのかと毎度のことながら感嘆するチーズ。そんなチーズも冷蔵庫に常設しておきたいものだが、いつも保存の問題に悩まされてきた。密封するとカビが生え、密封しないと冷蔵庫の中でカチカチに乾燥し、おまけに冷蔵庫の臭いを吸着するものだから、そうなったら泣く泣く捨てるしかなく、どんなに美味いチーズを見つけても大量に買ってストックしておくのは躊躇われた（カビは表面を削れば問題ないが、それでも気分の良いものではない）。そんな悩ましい状況の中、こちらの商品を見つけ試してみたところ大正解。どういう仕組み、理由でそうなるのか分からないが、この袋の中に入れたチーズは非常に良い状態をキープしている。一見何気ないただの紙の袋に見えるが、チーズ好きには福音とも言える存在。
