This is the cheapest option I could find that still fit the requirements of my local USSSA league. They're absolutely great. The only bad thing was that one of the 12 balls has an outword dent, as if a very small rock was resting under the leather. It's not really noticeable unless you look for it, and doesn't affect play.

My granddaughter’s high school softball coach advised me that If I wanted to help her with her batting I should get her batting practice softballs slightly smaller than the ones used in games. I got her a dozen softballs that are 1 inch smaller in circumference than the balls that they use. Since hitting these balls for only one week her ball contact has improved considerably. I’m very pleased with her improvement in her batting and the balls are holding up.
