Purchased this to allow me to have access to more water for my RO unit, from three-gallon to four gallons. Luckily for me, the increased height didn't impact me from using it as it fits in the same space as the smaller three-gallon unit was removed from

I had contacted seller to ask why I only get 1 to 1.5 gallons of fresh water at at time. They replied my system is two years old and I likely needed a new tank because the old one no longer held pressure in the reserve tank. So they sold me the upgrade of a 4 gallon tank with my understanding that it actually will dispense 4 gallons of fresh filtered water. NOT THE CASE! After changing all the filters including the RO membrane, the system will fill the tank to four gallons, but will only dispense 1.5 gallons max at any one time. Seller claims that various circumstances like pressure and temperature make the so claimed 4 gallons not actually possible. So I can only get 1.5 gallons from the 4 gallon capacity tank. NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT MISSTATED CAPACITY AND IN ABILITY TO PRODUCE THE QUANTITY CLAIMED.
