Update. I finally received long awaited parts but they are MISSING the knob on motor housing. Somehow the support still can’t understand everything is STUCK which is why I needed coupler/motor housing to begin with. They are screwed together. Obviously if I can’t unscrew one I can’t get to the other. Worst support ever. I have been down over 6 weeks waiting on support to send parts. ALL the parts needed.Total ofUpdate: 2 weeks waiting on parts so unable to use machine at all, to learn they are sending a part that will NOT help me since my lead screws are stuck on couplers.They are sending more couplers?? Unreal.I need 2 lead screws, 2, 8 grub nuts, 2 couplers and 2 motor housings.I am guessing they are going to want me to bang in the motor housing or put lead screws in a vice to get them unstuck. Either way support should do this not customer. Compromised integrity of lead screw.need parts NOT stuck together,This company is horrible.I am unable to use my machine at all. My coupler housing is stuck, so unable to get Motor Ends and Lead Screws to rebuild machine. The upgrade kit does not come with these very important parts, you must reuse your old. One of mine is TOO Deep in pocket Left Arm, the Right Arm is stripped out.Now if you read AHEAD towards the INSTALL instructions.... In TINY writing you can see they recommend you reinstall these with a Screw Fixing Compound.This is probably exactly what they did at the factory but failed to mention when you go to UNSCREW these. It is NOT mentioned in the REMOVAL instructions that these were put in with a screw fixing compound.I sent two emails with images to support yesterday. You must wait until middle of night for a response as they are not US Based. Instead of support telling me how to get this fixed so I can operate my machine and work, they want a PDF copy of my receipt. Typical support from this company.I am sitting with expensive pile of parts this moment. I am sure the company will make me purchase new screws and/or housing when clearly this is an issue of the factory.UPDATE 48 hours later: I still can not get Grunt nuts out, Support still has not offered a solution as to how I can get grunt nuts out. They have not even acknowledged they used glue or that they skip the instructions on how to remove them. I still can not get dimensions of couplers from support.They can help me ONLY IF my machine still in warranty. So if you are going to upgrade then do before your machine is out of warranty.Support said you can't buy replacement couplers. You must purchase entire new motors from them which I am not going to do. My machine is only 3 months old to begin with and nothing wrong with motors!I keep having to sink in money to get something else to work properly. Literally not standing behind product but opportunity to make you buy yet another replacement from them.So I had to spend another few hundred buying a grunt nut remover and several couplers to see if any will fit.I am going to send this extension kit back since I can't use it.

Shipped quickly, instructions are decent, and everything worked well with the exception of one wire being damaged. But I'm not upset at all because Sainsmart's customer service is so quick and helpful. I got the replacement wire in a few days and they even emailed me a few days after it was delivered to make sure everything worked and see how the machine is working. Highly recommend.

It’s just what I needed. There was an issue, one of rage electrical connectors was crushed, I was able to repair it myself, still a bit of a let down. Also the guards were just a tad long and did not fit easily like the ones they replaced.
