Unknown to me the wiring colours into the plug were incorrect, causing the balancer to burn out! (black was not in the correct location and neither was the red). I guess whoever wired it up initially was having a bad day!. Anyway lesson learnt...be careful what you buy "Cheap".

Wollte mein BMS nach Zusammenbau des Akkus unterstützen da ich vorab das parallel schalten zum Angleichen aller Zellen vergessen hatte . Akku wurde nach 3-4 lade entlade Zyklen perfekt ausgeglichen .sehr zu empfehlen .

The Equalizer I received only balanced one pair of connected cells (3-4). The 2-3 circuit illuminated the LED but didn't balance the cells, and the 1-2 circuit didn't illuminate the LED or balance the cells. I don't know if this was a one-off faulty board but returned it for a refund. I tried different combinations of cell voltages, with at least 200mV voltage differences and cell voltages greater than 3.8 volts, to test the Equalizer. I didn't try to contact the supplier, as unfortunately I was running out of time to return it. I may try to purchase from another supplier but disillusioned with the product.

Works as expected, when cells go out of balance this balances them to within 3-5mv, not the fastest but for the price, perfect.
