I have been using sliders in some yoga classes and wanted to get some for home. These work great on carpeted wood floor and on the tiles in my kitchen. I have only begun with a few simple exercises but I look forward to challenging myself more as I go along! I highly recommend these.

These sliders are the first I have owned, so I cannot compare them. The first time I used one on my dusty floor, it got scratched up, but still worked fine. Having these helps me accomplish my physical therapy goals. Prompt delivery, reasonable cost. A little small for my large feet. Thank you!

Bought this to use with my BOdi exercise program subscription. I use it during Sure Thing and its been great. One thing though is that it doesnt move as smoothly on carpet as it does on hardwood/non carpeted floors even though i use the side meant for carpet surfaces so one less star for that. Otherwise, it does the job.

Hard to slide , takes a lot of effort to have them move , the foam is comfortable , furniture movers work better than these discs , the little workout paper is nice

I can use it at home instead of going to the gym.
