The material is lightweight, there is no strap or buckle as described and pictured in ad. The telescopic wand is not effective. Very cheaply made product.

First off, cover seems well made and fit is great - if not a little long - for my 9’ market umbrellas.That said, one of the two covers Split at the top seam when putting it on yesterday, so I’m ordering a new one. I’d expect to get more than a year out of it, but it has been subject to the Carolina sun since last May.Let’s see how this one does.

Fabric feel like good quality. Nice looking. However the pictures and description says it comes with a tie down strap and buckle. Mine did not.

Came with a telescoping wand to install cover, but no instructions on how to use it. It a couple of "clips" on it (I assume to be able to the pull zipper down), but I've no idea how to use it. I left a message with the manufacturer's customer service several weeks ago, but never received a response.Also, material wasn't as heavy as I'd expected.

Awesome presentation…enclosed in briefcase style cover with straps that I initially mistook as an incorrect order until I unzipped the case and removed the cover. Everything about this cover was luxe, and as much as I wanted to keep it I had to return it because it did not cover the full length of our enormous umbrella.
