I like the fact that returned products can still be bought instead of being destroyed. That model is why we are at the brink of a global meltdown, but never mind that.This product was sold as 'As good as new', but it clearly wasn't. I was lucky enough to be handy enough to make it work, but caution is needed.The product itself is a good piece of workmanship (but not perfect with regard to its fit), and very much advisable.

A good secure product, but trying to get the fixtures for a thicker door were a nightmare. This was fitted to a 72mm deep door, not a 45mm door as purchased as it was the only one for a 72mm handle to cylinder spacing, as this was a replacement. 2 weeks later I managed to buy the 3 longer screws and the 8mm square shaft with fixing nut at 12cm, that only one Company seemed to sell, it fits well, and is secure. It would be helpful if these alternative parts for deeper doors were more readily available.
