Ok fan, overpriced for sure.The factory box had been previously opened and parts were missing.When I contacted customer service, they replied with a list of demands before they would release the parts I paid for. Sort of like a ransom.Not my mistake, therefore not my problem.I guess I’ll try the Vivosun brand and see if I can’t get a complete product without any extra work on my part. I did the work to earn the money to buy the fan. That is all the effort I’m willing to put into a purchase on Amazon.Maybe you need to send your customer service reps to a Dale Carnegie course or something.

It’s a great fan, but I had an understanding that I was getting a fan with an oscillation feature. I did get the most expensive one so I would assume that it would come with it. I looked the specific features, and it said that it was one. I got my package, put it up, and tried to look for the button forever. I realized that mine did not have it. I’m confused. That’s why I’m not giving it 5 stars.

Its huge.Durability wise Ive only used this for about 80 days continuously at lower speeds but it runs quiet still. The osculating function is so very slow its almost like it doesn't move at all. Its not going to last forever but I will return to bish about it when it does.

I didn't realize that it was different than the one I had for my tent. This one doesn't oscillate but it does have a variable wind feature that seems pretty decent. It's larger than the one I got with the ten and works good with the controller
