The mounting bracket didn’t fit my 2022 Ktm xcf 350 but I was able to bend and modify it to work. Overall nice product!

If you can change your bikes oil, you can install this in 20 minutes.Sturdy and rigid plastic, attractive design with really good coverage of the engine at a great price.I used a cut-off wheel to trim the top 1/2" of the skid plate off to clear the exhaust header easily. No need to remove the head pipe.You'll need a 10mm open end wrech, and a 6mm ball-end allen key.

Bought this skid plate because everywhere online it says 2791645229 fits models 450/500 EXC-F from 2020-2021. Skid plate fits nicely under the bike, but the mounting kit that comes with it is not 100% compatible with a 2021 KTM 500 EXC-F. The only issue with the mounting kit is the bolt that goes through the plastic skid plate is not long enough. If you use a bolt that is an extra 1cm longer you can mount this skid plate no issue.
