This works well for my project: a home made step counter. I have protoyped it for other uses as well. Adafruit is an excellent company for products, support and documentation/examples

Wow this little guy is awesome!! Works as advertised. Very accurate and sensitive. Can track: left, right,forward,aft. Can also track acceleration in all three quadrants including up and down. Great Product!!! As expected from Adafruit.

Love this accelerometer! It's versatile and just works! The Adafruit library does a great job of getting you up and running, but there's a load of functionality if you dig a little below the surface. Look for the data sheet and Design Tips from the LIS3DH manufacturer.

Works with Electric Imp but haven't been able to get access to the three additional connections. But the accelerometer works well.
