Mit dem präzisionsgefertigten, in Japan konstruierten Manometer und seinem akribisch konzipierten Adcuff-Inflationssystem ist es das Modell der Wahl für Fachkräfte, die hohe Qualität zu einem erschwinglichen Preis suchen. Das passende Stethoskop Sprague im Zwei-Schlauch-Design ist mit Aluminium-Ohrbügeln und fünf austauschbaren Bruststückanschlüssen ausgestattet: eine Membran für Erwachsene und Kinder und drei Trichter (3.175 cm / 2.54 cm / 1.905 cm) – für vollständige Diagnosemöglichkeiten bei den meisten Patienten. Works really well. Got me through my CNA class with no issues. The stethoscope is loud and feels to be of good quality.

After reading a dozen “top 10 best budget aneroid sphygmomanometers” articles and sifting through reviews I decided on this guy. I’m a kinesiology student in my last year at my undergraduate and because of COVID m’y last labs can’t be in person. So I had to buy all of my own equipment without being late on my rent. I wanted something that would get me through this class and possibly take into my next job before I invest in a “grown ups” set of tools for the rest of my career. I saw a couple reviews about the Velcro not holding up on this brand, but that was the only potential issue with this brand compared to the half a dozen other ways other brands break. And after a whole quarter of weekly use, this thing still holds up and I’m incredibly pleased with my purchase. The stethoscope is a little funky with separate tubes for each ear compared to a single tube on some other brands (just another opportunity to get tangled) but honestly not an issue. The cuff works great and one of my lab participants that I took a reading on went to the doctor a couple days later and verified that my unit was correctly calibrated so that’s a plus. I see a lot of reviews highlight “easy to use” but these shouldn’t be used for self monitoring. These are a tool that require a couple minutes of training to understand what you are listening for. So I don’t know why that’s part of some peoples reviews.Tl;Dr: I bought this because I wanted something better than a kids toy but less expensive than professional grade. It works great and the Velcro has held up. Mine was calibrated correctly, and it’s great for my classes.
