Resido en las Islas Baleares, tras haber recibido la cámara, ahora que necesito recambios dicen que no tienen logística para Islas. Me lo podían haber advertido antes. La garantía no sirve para nada.

Très bon produit. Facile à prendre en main. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités adaptées à tout usage.

I purchased this for two reasons. 1, for an extra camera when vlogging from my desk and using the Black Magic Atem Mini, and, for when I am out and about and fishing.The water proofing was an attraction.Upon taking the water proof case off the camera, I moved the clip which is underneath the camera holding the "stand" attachment in place. It broke very easily.There is a protective back that is clear that replaces the solid water proof back. I cannot get the back off the water proof casing and replace it with the blank one. It is incredibly stiff and feels as though it will snap and break.It comes with a huge number of accessories but one essential ingredient is missing. The micro HDMI cable required to get the camera onto a computer is NOT included. Not even a short one.I then tried to connect the camera to the WiFi. It all says it is connected. But, then it loses the connection on my Android phone. The app, therefore, that is meant to control the camera is unuseable as it does not connect to the standard WiFi.Getting the micro SSD inserted is also problematic. It is unclear that one has to press the card in and push upwards. If you just push the SSD in, it is loose and just falls out. The instructions are vague at best.All in all, without any field testing, the camera is pretty useless when out and about as the app does not work and cannot connect to my phone; I had to order micro HDMI cable, which I believe needs to be included; I cannot take off the water proof back, therefore the rear screen controls are not accessible without lifting the back down; and upon very light use one part is already broken off (see picture).A very poor purchase at present.I have reached out to Akaso HQ direct.UPDATE:I have now been in correspondence with Akaso direct since I received the camera.They do respond quickly, however, the camera DOES NOT connect to my OnePlus 9 Android phone.I have carried out instructions to the letter.The latest being download some firmware and perform an update. I get the very same error message that there is a problem and please restart the camera.You also need to switch OFF mobile date to get it working anyway, with the WiFi on your phone. This really makes the whole idea of streaming live, using this camera, whilst controlling the settings via the app, actually impossible to achieve!My advice, DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA.It does NOT work with the phone app, which is a WiFi connection, and this means you CANNOT live stream, even if you get the camera connected to your phone, via the cameras WiFi. It needs to be a bluetooth connection NOT a local WiFi.Again, DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERAI have asked Akaso for a full refund.
