Firstly I want to say that this really is a beautiful Anklet - the layers look great, the design with the heart is lovely and the gems in the heart are really sparkly in real life. It's eye catching and it feels nice to wear too. The chain is adjustable so it will fit most sized ankles and the quality is really good was well. I've bought Amberta jewellery before and I'm always happy with the quality, this anklet is no exception, I also like that the material (stainless steel) is sourced and crafted in Scotland. The stainless steel should be fine if it gets wet, although I'm yet to test that out. The price is £11.99 which is fair. You can get various styles and a choice of silver or gold coloured anklets so there is something for everyone, I chose the layered heart one because I like that style best, but I must admit the chain is the thinnest of the style choices and is really a bit too delicate if I wanted to wear this to the beach for example or at a festival or while doing sports. It should be ok for normal daytime wear or nights out. The other styles look more sturdy.The anklet arrives in a pretty envelope which also contains a card and the anklet has extra bits of soft plastic that are protecting the heart charm and the clasp. It's well thought out ..except for one thing. It has a massive barcode sticker on the back over where the envelope slides closed. I tried to peel the sticker off carefully but it just ripped and got messy.. there is no way of removing it without damaging the envelope as it's really sticky too (see pics) . Such a shame. If you want this for yourself then it's not a major issue, but if you want to gift this to someone special then you'll need to take it out of the envelope and get another gift box.Still worth getting one of these in my opinion.

This is lovely but twists and entangles - I ordered the ‘Gold Multilayer Snake Beads Link’ which has three little chains. I am not wearing this as an anklet, as I retain a lot of water and latest midday, have to remove anything or blood circulation gets cut off. I use anklets as bracelets, as they give me more freedom to wear them even whilst working at my computer, as I tend to have them mid-forearm. (I can’t stand bracelets on my wrists when I am scraping them over my skin and the desk during writing or gaming).Compared to others that I have, these seem to be a bit flimsy. Only time will tell how much wear and tear they can endure before they snap. I find the price a bit on the higher side, to be honest.

If you just want something cheap to wear to festivals and you don't care if it breaks and you don't care if you lose it but it looks great in the meantime, this is your item.Sits reasonably well on the ankle, some bunching but not much.Looks great when it's on but material feels very thin despite being stainless steel.Anyway, it looks good on and my daughters very pleased.

Tiny envelope package and sadly the barcode sticker was across the back so if buying as a gift you wouldn't be able to open it and check the contents or be able to remove the sticker without damaging the cardboard packet.The anklet is very Pretty and delicate, looks more expensive than the £12.99 price tag. It feels well made, strong enough for an anklet and when wearing quite secure.I have skinny ankles and just right on the tightest setting approx. 20cm where it's sitting in the photo and have around 5cm of chain available.Plus point (for me) is that it is manufactured/sourced in Scotland.I have not tested it in water to see if it is non-tarnish. Will update this review if it does tarnish.I won't be taking it off!I received this product FREE as a VINE reviewer but would happily buy this again or as a gift (I'd re-box it).5* for the products 2* for the packaging but could repackage if needed as a gift.
