First time using the new 4 Coat Flat. Straight out of the bottle it ran ok through my airbrush but began to clog pretty quickly. It has a glue like consistency right out of the bottle so after giving my airbrush a good cleaning I mixed in a separate bottle the 4 Coat and Angelus 2 Thin at about a 4:1 ratio and gave it good shake. After letting the air settle i added to the cup on my airbrush and it ran through with no issues.

Super easy to use, and no strong smell. I had an old pair of dr.martens that I rarely used because they were white and didn’t match most of my clothes. I really wanted a brown pair so I decided I would paint these since I wasn’t using them anyway. I came to Amazon, purchased everything I needed, used the deglazer on an exfoliating makeup pad to remove the finish, then I used an old paintbrush to apply three coats of acrylic leather paint, allowing the product to fully dry between coats. Finally I used the flat 4- coat to get rid of the shine. This is the result. I am so happy. It’s like a brand new shoe. As long as you apply thin coats, and avoid overlapping while tacky, there will be no streaking. Otherwise, if you start re-applying too soon, you risk removing sections of the first coat, causing the finish to be uneven.

I painted a pair of Halloween themed canvas boots using Angelus acrylic (leather) paints this product sealed in the painted surface providing a tough, resistant coating over my artwork. Definitely a good choice but make sure you use sparingly.

Ottimo prodotto, l’ho usato come finitura di un paio di scarpe modificate e l’ho trovato molto buono e ha una finitura più opaca confronto alle altre finiture
