Unless you have the ability to block out noises I do not recommend buying this. Your child will spend days running around either sounding like a hyper squirrel or a demon, screaming with the volume on max! The joy it brought my daughter was worth every penny! It’s rechargeable so you don’t have to worry about batteries! Hours and hours of screaming fun!

This is actually a very cool microphone. This is the second one I've already bought. Both were given as gifts. The kids absolutely love it. I also tested the microphone to make sure it worked, and was immediately hooked on how cool it is. Sounded like i was a radio or game show host. It was also do karaoke. Now, it is not super loud, so you wont annoy your neighbors. But it's loud enough for them to hear it lol. You can of course control the volume. Overall, a very cool idea and toy. I recommend it.
