The internal pouches are just the right size to store cash. I think having more than 12 is a squeeze, if the fasteners are all in the same place.

The ring section wasn't attached properly as it fell out of the binder when I took the item out of it's packaging. However, I've managed to find a way to attach it so it could be used right away - not ideal but it works!
