I used one of these to monitor the power usage and voltage in a battery powered model tram. I found the voltage readings would fluctuate +/- 0.03v which was fine for my purpose. I didn't test the current readings and in circuit the only oddity (and it is no doubt something I did) the current seemed to have the opposite sign than expected. I never saw any form of I2C lockup with the tram being left running for multiple days so it is very stable.
