Here we have a rather inexpensive generic "powerball".It's rather light and feels fragile, I think one drop on a hard floor and it'll spill its guts. This is quite unlike the genuine article, which were/are built like tanks, but do command a higher price tag.Functionally, it's excellent and does provide a good workout. I do miss the extra weight of the original and a few of the fancy features of other competitors, such as an RPM meter, but as a basic wrist-trainer, it's cheap, easy to use and effective. It comes with a lanyard, which gets in the way but is probably a good idea, considering the fragile nature of the item. Grip is aided by a wide rubber band, which runs the circumference of the sphere. Oh, also it lights up like a UFO and makes an awesome sound!Considering the low price, I highly recommend this item, but if you can spend just a little more, there are a lot of better designs out there.

It took a short while to get the hang of starting it properly, but once you find the right rhythm, using it becomes oddly satisfying. It's completely mechanical, no batteries required, and it spins up quickly with a firm flick of the wrist. It's lightweight and easy to carry, roughly the size of a tennis ball. The LED lights add a lively touch when it's spinning at full speed. My nine-year-old daughter thought it was brilliant, although my three-year-old mostly wanted to throw it at the dogs.In terms of exercise, it provides a decent workout for the arms and wrists. I've used it while working at my desk to take a break from spreadsheets, and my wife has found it helpful during recovery from an injury. For under £12, it's quite practical, feels reasonably solid, and works well without any fuss. A simple way to keep the joints active on grey, rainy days.

The Aoxzcvpr Power Wrist Ball has been such a fun and useful little gadget to add to my routine. I was looking for something to help strengthen my wrists and forearms without needing a whole bunch of gym equipment, and this definitely fits the bill. What I love most is the auto-start feature — no messing around with pull strings, you just spin it and it gets going, which makes it super easy to use.As I got the hang of it, I could really feel the resistance increase the faster I moved, and it becomes a proper workout for your hand, wrist, and forearm. Plus, the LED lights that glow while it spins are such a cool touch, it’s really well-built; the grip is comfortable and it feels really solid when you’re using it.At first, it took me a couple of tries to really get the rhythm right, but once you get it spinning properly, it’s pretty addictive. I’ve been using it while watching TV or even at my desk, and it’s a great way to sneak in some extra exercise without much effort. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to build up wrist strength, especially if you play sports or just want better grip strength in general. It's fun, compact, and surprisingly effective!

This Gyro wrist ball takes a little practice to get the hang of it but when you do you really get to feel the power in the momentum that's kind of indescribable. Once you get this moving the Gyro speeds up and you have to keep up not only the momentum of your wrist but also increasing the speed in a rhythmic action. But once you get it going the sense of achievement (endorphins) is actually up there with the exercise (adrenaline). On the flip side trying to learn to get this going is frustrating especially where the instructions tells you to make circles with your hands when in actual fact you have to stroke left n right in a rhythm which your then feel the gyro kicking in.The ball is intended for exercise and strengthening your wrists. Yes you do get to feel the burn however its both fun and frustrating that could also be used as a fidget toy. This is not light at all, it's nice n weighty and has a high quality build to it. The Dyno within the Gyro is a very ... very nice touch as the more you get the Gyro moving the more power you generate which you can then see visually as the LEDs light up and come to life. For only £12.99 this is incredibly good value, the grip rubber ring is sufficient however if you don't trust yourself you can always attach the grip strap that prevents it going flying should it fall out of your hands.
