This mast is just right for an inflatable paddle board . My other (6m) mast is too heavy. This is just perfect for pottering on a gentle breezy day. If the wind is over say 14knots you should really be on a solid board with a decent mast. Plus it’s cheap ( for a mast) , portable and easy to put together. Just right for a certain type of windsurfing or for kids.
