No issues as far as my buying experience, but this kit is hard to fit into a terrain collection because of how extremely busy the detail is on every single floor/wall plate. There's just WAY too much going on and it doesn't look good. Modularity's also a bit of an illusion with these kits. Sure, you can decide not to glue anything down, but you'll probably want to because handling/storing these when they're not glued together is a hassle. The connectors don't really hold things very securely, so if you put together a building you'd like to use several times, you'll find it falling apart as you store it between game sessions. For wargaming in particular, I'd just glue everything together. Finally, as with some other modular systems, whatever you put together will look blocky because there are no rounded or triangular pieces to create more interesting shapes. Having worked with both, I've found that Mantic's Terrain Crate modular kits just give you a lot more freedom because of the availability of triangular plates.
