Great UVB and works as it should, Packaging is a massive plus i think its the first time I've received a UVB in such packaging there could be a bomb strike and the UVB would still survive.

Replacement for existing has a good glow to it, very well packaged and quick delivery, highly recommend, perfect for bearded dragon and other desert species, another year another bulb highly recommend

I stink at remembering to write reviews. But this one is so deserving. First of all, these bulbs work great. I've been using them for years in my bearded dragon habitats. So, I was already familiar with the quality of the product. However, over the years, I've only ever ordered them from exotic pet stores online. Well, the online store was out of the 34in bulbs and I couldn't wait for them to restock. I was extremely hesitant to order such a delicate item on Amazon because most of our larger boxes usually arrive damaged. But, I was desperate. And I'm so glad that I was. This item was sold to me by Arcata Pet Supplies and it was seriously the most well-packaged item that I've ever received in the mail. We're talking 2 layers of large bubble wrap, followed by 2 layers of small bubble wrap, in a large, long box that was reinforced by some sort of long, very durable specialized cardboard--so the box physically could not get bent. I mean, wow. I have 2 dragon habitats. I will definitely be ordering from Arcata from now on. Very impressed.

I have been given a refund for this light. The first one was broken, so they sent me a free replacement along with free shipping. I was quite upset that the second bulb also arrived broken and it is strange because it was broken in the exact same spot.Why 3 stars? I ordered a 22 inch bulb that arrived safely in one peice. The fact that I got the free replacement and delivery. I am getting a refund. Two lost stars for two broken bulbs seems fair to me.
