Overall this works as expected in a 2016 RAM 1500 & 2021 Ford Ranger. I do not think it will work in vehicles that have raised edges or doors around the cup holder (such as a 2019 Lincoln Navigator). I gave it a 4 because the 2nd cup slides on but can easily slide apart if bumped or hit with a knee. In the vehicle we have it in, that is not an issue because it sits over a part of the console. It would be nice if they could have made the attachment a bit tighter or locked somehow. This does hold large circumference cups/water bottles which is a very nice feature. I would recommend for those that have the proper set-up for this design.

Does not fit in cup holder properly and the extra part to hold more drinks is too small to hold most drinks. You'd have to have a skinny and small water bottle or something. Does not fit any small drinks from fast food places either. Very flimsy and cheap.
