Anwendung:

Man kam froh sein wenn die Kamera nicht kaputt geht, weil das objektiv auf mittelstellung klemmen bleibt

è molto comodo perchè non c'è bisogno di togliere il tappo per accendere ma ricoh. Di contro ha 2 cose negativie: si sgancia facilmente e quando aperto fa perdere un pò quell'anima "anonima" della ricoh, con quelle lamelle che sporgono da un pò più nell'occhio.Certo tenerla in tasca con questo significa proteggere le lenti ed usarla subito senza dover togliere il tappo con l'altra mano. Consigliato ma solo per determinati utilizzi.

Simple et facile a installer.Protège l’objectif efficacement et évite d’être perdu puisque fixer a l’appareil contrairement au capuchon,Je n’ai remarque aucun vignettage

Il meccanismo di apertura-chiusura funziona bene. Non so quanto protegga dalla polvere (perché quando si estende, l'obbiettivo è comunque esposto) ma protegge di sicuro le lamelle da pressioni quando si ripone la fotocamera (cosa che mi è accaduta con una g7x Canon.)È inoltre più pratico di un tappo.

Everyone hates lens caps as they are always on the lens when you need to capture that magic once-in-life moment, but they are never on when you accidentally bump your lens against doors, people bags or anything else that should not be there. This one automatically opens, slightly pushed by the GR lens movement, and then it closes, pulled back by a soft spring, when you shut the camera down and the lens returns into the body. Though not rock-solid, it definitely works well adding some extra protection to the GR lens lids, for instance when you put the camera in a pocket or keep it hanging to your neck. It probably also helps preventing the infamous sensor-dust problem of the GR (false myth? Maybe. I own a GR and a GR3 which I handle without particular care but I haven’t had such a problem….yet). The only negative point of the cap, need to check further but I believe it causes some vignetting. Anyway, it takes two seconds to fix it in post.

The auto lens cover cap is a great idea for the GRiii... However, it’s one fault is that tends to come adrift from the camera.... This is how I lost my original purchase.... and have now bought the same again. I’ve added some extra security with the help of some Black insulation tape... virtually undetectable.... Maybe JJC should modify the design.
