measured my daughter's waist and bought the size based on this measurement. My daughter is a very tall age 5 and these were absolutely huge on her - in the length and in the width of the leg, however fits the waist perfectly.

The jodhpurs had an awful smell when I opened the parcel, so I had to return them. They did not offer me free return which I felt they should have because of the smell.

The sizing is big. I measured my daughters waist and ordered the correctly sized jodphurs but they are a good few inches too big! The make seems good. Just a shame my daughter is going to have to wait at least a year to use them.
