Nach über einem halben Jahr endlich geliefert, aber leider wurde von Hansgrohe der so immens wichtige Imbus weggelassen. ohne den Imbus können wir das Teil nicht verwenden. der Standardimbus funktioniert leider nicht. deshalb retour.!!!Eigentlich würde ich mir von Hansgrohe aus Kulanz einen passenden Imbusschlüssel erwarten.

Originalteile schnell geliefert, passt perfekt!Danke.

The vavle was a direct replacement that works good. There are small intricate parts, many of which are specific to the faucet you have some parts are not used.

Our Axor Cittorio faucet was leaking small amounds of water from the base of the handle whenever we turned the faucet on. Replacing the cartridge fixed the issue. It also restored a smooth movement to the joystick handle.This cartridge includes instructions for various faucet models, including the Cittorio, which is the model I have. The tool that was included in this kit was useless for the Cittorio. You will need a 1 1/32" deep hex socket to remove the cartridge once you pop off the handle. I ended up purchasing a shower valve socket set that included a 1 1/32" deep hex socket.The kit includes a packet of silicone grease which you should apply to all of the o-rings and rubber seals when you install the new cartridge. I had purchased a small tube of silicone grease because I did not know it was included in this kit.For the Cittorio, you will need a 2.5 mm allen wrench to remove the set screw on the back of the handle. There is a hole in the body of the faucet below the handle that looks like it could be an access point for another screw that you need to remove, but it is not. It is just a small round hold to allow water to drain out of the faucet body in case of a leaky cartridge or gasket.Once you remove the set screw on the handle, you will likely need to pry the handle off, along with the ring that surrounds the base of the handle (the ring with the hot/cold/close printed on it). Don't expect to simply pull the handle off once you remove the set screw. Maybe you can do this if you're lucky, but it will probably be a little frozen in place and you'll need a lttle leverage to get it off. The round dome at the bottom of the handle is part of the handle itself. Though it looks like the set screw might be holding the square part of the handle onto the domed base, the domed base and the square part of the handle are welded together and are one unit that pull off together once you remove the set screw. You may find it easier pry up the ring at the base of the handle first, then pry up the handle itself.There is nothing holding the ring at the base of the handle in place other than friction between an o-ring that surrounds the ring itself and the body of the faucet. I needed to pry the ring up with a very small screw driver (be very careful not to scratch the finish). Try not to damage the o-ring surrounding the ring if you pry it up with a screw driver (you won't see the o-ring until you pry it up). If you do damage it, it's not the end of the world and it will probably still work fine because it is not exposed to any water pressure. I also used a screwdriver to pry up the handle, but you need to be careful so that you don't scratch the finish.Once you pull up the handle and ring, you'll need to unscrew the 1 1/32" hex nut that holds the cartridge in place. You should get a second pair of hands to hold the faucet in place so that it doesn't rotate as you try to loosen the hex nut. It takes a bit of force to loosen it.Once you remove the cartridge, you'll need a pair of tweezers or needle nose pliers to pull up the two small round rubber thingies that sit on top of small springs. You can also use a small screw driver to pry them out of place. You will replace the rubber thingies and springs with the ones supplied in the kit. There are other parts included in the kit that you will not need for the Cittorio model and the instructions indicate which pieces are not needed. Make sure the rubber thingies are seated properly. You'll need to wiggle them a bit to get them over the springs and seated in the holes. It's not too hard. Don't forget to put a little silicone grease on them to make them last longer.The cartridge comes with an o-ring that sits on top of the cartridge when you install it. Don't forget to remove the old o-ring, which will likely be stuck to the bottom of the nut that you'll remove which holds the cartridge in place. I seated the o-ring in place on the underside of the nut when I installed the cartridge, rather than on top of the cartridge itself. I'm not sure which way is better. Make sure you put some silicone grease on the o-ring to extend its life.Good luck!

We have an Axor Starck kithen mixer tap circa 2002! The tap is fabulous quality and still like new however required a new cartridge. This cartidge is a different size to the original cartridge but hidden in the box is a plastic adapter which the cartidge sits in and makes for a perfect fit. So anyone out there with an ols Axor Starck tap, yes this cartidge does fit and works perfectly.

Originaldel, så kvalitet/passform är perfekt.O-ringsfett medföljer, men inte alla o-ringar, så några behöver återanvändas vilket drar ner betyget med tanke på priset.Medföljande verktyg är så kasst att det är helt oanvändbart och egna verktyg krävs (i mitt fall en polygrip och en 27mm nyckel).

Habe 2 verschiedene Größen der Axor Starck Reihe. Dank Adapterring im Set paßt alles.Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen außer das die Originalkartuschen 20 Jahre gehalten gaben👍.

Auch ein völlig verkalkter Wasserhahn, der durch die Kalkaufpressungen zwangsläufig undicht wird, lässt sich mit diesem Kit gut instand setzen. Man braucht nicht gleich den kompletten Wasserhahn neu zu kaufen

E' la seconda cartuccia che devo sostituire per il miscelatore di Stark, la prima volta ho dovuto chiamare l'assistenza e ho speso 130 €, la seconda 30€ grazie ad Amazon.Le istruzioni contenute all'interno della confezione sono chiare, solo la chiave fornita per svitare la ghiera è un po' deboluccia, ma con attenzione si riesce a sostituire la cartuccia senza problemi.Materiale ottimo, originale al 100%, arrivato in 24 ore.

Seit 2001 ist dies der 3.te Wechsel der Kartusche! Leider entspricht die Kartusche nicht mehr dem Vorgängermodell. Offensichtlich gibt es nun eine Kartusche für mehrere Modelle, Zubehör inclusive. Anfänglich nicht ganz dicht, aber im Verbund mit der ursprünglichen Kartusche (Austausch von Teilen der Kartusche) erfüllt der optisch schöne Wasserhahn nun wieder seinen Dienst .... "Butterweich" läuft nun wieder der "Joystick", aber einen 4. Wechsel der Kartusche wird es aber nicht mehr geben!

Nach 8 Jahren musste die Kartusche mal wieder ersetzt werden, eigentlich ein Unding bei einem 400Euro Wasserhahn aber egal, damit muss ich wohl leben, der Wasserhahn sieht dafür top aus ist wohl aber eine Fehlkonstruktion.Amazon hat den Artikel wie immer schnell verschickt.Da ich die Axor Starck Classic habe musste der kleine Pin der aus der Kartusche schaut, gekürzt werden,hier gibt es schon eine Sollbruchstelle, die Kartusche die ich vor 8 Jahren bestellt habe, hatte die korrekte Länge,Man muss auch die passenden Dichtungen aus dem Set auswählen, da diese Kartusche wohl für verschiedene Axor Wasserhähne genutzt werden kann.Am besten man schaut sich die alte Kartusche an und benutzt dann dementsprechend die neuen Teile.Zum schmieren der Dichtungen war ein kleines Tütchen mit Fett dabei.Der Schlüssel zum Ausbauen der Kartusche funktioniert nur wenn die Mutter von der Kartusche nicht angegammelt ist,bei mir sass das Teil richtig fest, also musste ich die Armatur ausbauen, in einen Schraubstock spannen und mit einer grossen Wasserpumpenzange zerlegen.Ist die Kartusche erst einmal ausgebaut, geht es ganz schnell, man sollte darauf achten die neue Kartusche richtig herum einzubauen.Mit der neuen Kartusche tut es die Armatur hoffentlich wieder mindestens 8 Jahre.
