Dads Bastelset war für 2 Kids (6 und 8 Jahre) gedacht. Nach dem Auspacken wurde das Geschenk kurz betrachtet, dannaber direkt wieder unter den Weihnachtsbaum gestellt, kam also nicht wirklich gut an.

My daughter has loved making so many fun creations from this art box. Weirdly, it never feels like I’m running out of stuff! The hardest part is putting the box together, but once you conquer that, then it’s time for fun! The colors of all the supplies are very different and offer a good variety.

The MEGA pack is worth the money. It came in a neatly packed cellophane wrapper placed inside the shipping box with the other items in my order. There was a slight plastic smell upon opening that quickly dissipated. The storage bin came folded flat but was very easy to pop up in a few seconds (includes instructions). It’s a decent bin with a kid friendly frog design and a lid that clips on loosely (8.25”x11.75”x5.5”, minus a half inch for inside dimensions). All the supplies fit inside with plenty of extra space (pipe cleaners must go in diagonally). Most supplies come in resealable cellophane baggies. The plastic scissors have a good metal blade with a blunt plastic tip and a plastic spring to help push them open again after each cut. All supplies come in rainbow colors (no black, brown, or gray neutrals). Only the pony beads and metallic pom poms include white. The paper is brightly colored copy paper, thin and small (5.5”x2.75”) in 10 rainbow colors. Popsicle sticks are standard and nicely dyed in 6 colors. The 3 sizes of googly eyes are standard plastic, without adhesive. There are 12 bright colors of plastic pony beads. The small bag of sequins includes flowers, butterflies, shells, crowns and flamingos in various colors. The metallic pom poms are all 1 size (small) and come in 8 colors. The regular pom poms come in 3 sizes (large is only about .75”) and come in 7 colors. There are tons of pipe cleaners! Regular ones come in 10 colors (including brown). The thick-and-thin ones come in 10 neon colors (including white). The metallic ones come in 8 sparkly colors. The striped ones come in 8 color combos. My 3.5 year old is having a grand old time exploring, sorting and counting all the supplies and keeps asking me what we’re going to make. The 2 permanent products (storage bin and scissors) plus the variety and quantity of craft supplies makes this a very good deal.
