Really easy and straight forward to assemble. Comes with a kneeling pad and pads to go on the rectangles where your arms will rest for comfort. Feels strong and sturdy and works well even on carpet.

This ab roller is super cool! It’s really stable, and the rebound makes it easy to use. The phone holder is great for watching videos while working out. Perfect for home workouts, and you can feel it in your abs fast. Great buy!

I don’t think this is great tbh. It’s too easy, there isn't a lot of resistance. I don’t have a strong core and it’s too easy for me. I could go back and forward on it all day and I wouldn’t feel any ab tightness. Maybe the arms are doing some of the work because they are resting on it instead of the core doing it all. I’ve tried extending further with it but the rebound mechanism kicks in so there’s only so far that you can go.

Much smaller than I expected, which is great as it doesn’t much space and it’s easier to store away. Super easy to put together. After a few minutes my core was burning. And my stomach does feel tighter already.
