I have tried many many SI belts and this one beats them all! I have found that wearing it over the skin/under the clothes helps it stay put better, and highly recommend having a Physical Therapist or Physiatrist help you to know how to put it on properly.This is comfortable enough that I can even sleep in it when the SI joint is very bad.

L'ho usato tre mesi, in piena estate, e non mi ha creato alcun problema di traspirazione o di caldo.Anche adesso, che sono guarito, penso di continuare a usarlo sporadicamente, quanto meno per alcune situazioni. Egregio il sistema di chiusura brevettato.

This belt works great for sacroiliac joint pain. It holds the pelvis in place and allows movement without difficulty. The only problem I found with the belt is that after two weeks of wearing it the back pads started falling off because the velcro pads were no longer holding them in place. I replaced the velcro with one that was more durable and have not had a problem since. Considering the belt has an expensive price of $224, you would think it should hold together better than that.

At first I thought I should have sized up, but the size chart is accurate. In my case, the top on the back side had a bit of a gap (the way some jeans do) & I had a bit of a muffin top with the brace on. I thought it might move once I started to exercise and that it wouldn't feel very comfortable. However, the brace stayed on and in place for eight hours of yard work and made a tremendous difference in my pain level. The brace was not at all uncomfortable once I got moving and I hardly noticed it was there. It does not restrict movement. I have not tried other braces, so I don't know how it performs compared to other brands, but I am very happy to be mobile and pain free.

Ich habe das Produkt gekauf und nach Erhalt im original Zustand (unbebutzt und original verpackt) zurückgeschickt.Die Retoure gelangte dann irgendwann zur Firma Bauerfeind (Hersteller, Zwischenhänder, ...???).Dort wurde dann die Retoure nicht angenommen, da sie angeblich nach Salbe roch und benutzt wurde.Auf eine Statusmeldung der Retoure kann man lange warten, wenn man sich nicht selber darum kümmert.Nach ca. 6 Wochen erfuhr ich dann von dem Vorgang und wurde gezwungen die Bandage zurückzunehmen - natürlich nur gegen ein ausstehendes Porto in Höhe von 3,80 Euro.Fazit: Für diese Erfahrung ist selbst ein Stern zuviel!
