I have curly, dry hair damaged by color; this towel has great absorption power with less friction so no additional hair breakage! I love the way it hold my hair. Love the material. Amazing product; love it!

while the product description claims that this is made of 100% cotton, it very clearly has a large percentage of a synthetic material in the fabric.. Feels creepy between the fingers like a polyester would. There is no way under heaven that these product details are true.When I confronted them about this they doubled down and insisted it was 100% cotton. I know fabric. This ain’t 100% cotton.

This is the almost perfect hair towel. It is a double layered t-shirt towel. So it's thick enough to soak up my very thick waist length hair. It is also long enough that my extra long hair fit in without having to bunch up my hair in a ball first. I have always used microfiber towels in the past and just thought I was doomed to have frizzy hair. I noticed a huge difference in my after taking it out of this towel for first time. There was no frizz at all. It was amazing how different my damp hair looked from using this versus the microfiber. I will never go back to that. In fact about to purchase more of these so I have a backup. My only complaint and the reason for deducting one star, is that I wish it just had a bigger elastic loop on the part that's closest to my neck so I could just pull the tail through it to hold it in place. Right now it had a button that's fairly loose so it doesn't hold the towel on. Instead, I just tuck the tail part under the towel at my neck. It holds my hair great that way, I just wish they would change that part of towel.

I have very curly hair and discovered I had been drying my hair with the wrong materials for my whole life. Was finally told that to prevent frizz and breakage of my hair type to use cotton only to fry my hair. Loving my other hair towels function, I set out to find a cotton version. This hair towel is awesome! It is bigger than any of the others I’ve ever used to a point I do not need to twist my hair before I put the towel on because even with mid back length hair (it’s actually past my waist if I straighten it) all of it fits as is. It quickly absorbs any access water, but does not over dry my hair (I needed it fairly wet to style) in the time lot I use to get ready but if I leave it on it will gently wicken the water from my hair leaving it damp but not wet. I’ve noticed less frizz pre product introduction and that it tends to dry by the time I get home from work, ready to use that evening for my shower. It washes great and doesn’t seem to hold smells. I will be purchasing a couple more boxes in the near future.
