Its the best investment i had on my pool so far. It was much easier to set up and use than I was expecting. I got the Beatbot from packing box to setup, connected, and working in under 30 minutes. And it is amazing when it comes to cleaning the floor, walls and waterline. It cleans about 99% of what I'd expect. When activity is complete it moves to the pool edge for retrieval. This is a fantastic feature. Other cordless machines have to be fished out of the bottom of the pool.If you want a hands-off way to keep your pool clean, BeatBot’s totally worth it. The time it saves is worth the cost. I would recommend this robot to anyone wanting to get one to clean their pool.

I have used a few pool bots now over two seasons since installing my indoor-covered above ground pool, but none of them compare to the AQUASENSE 2 from the BEATBOT store. This AI powered wonder is unlike any other pool bot in my opinion. I am super pleased with my upgrade, as it takes literally all the effort out of both pool bottom and side cleaning, then takes it an entire dimension further, by literally gliding across the water, swimming around like a fish to clean floating debris. I didn't know what to expect, as despite some limited experience with pool bots, this was certainly new. I had heard about this feature, and thought I had seen everything... until I watched this thing in action. Wow.The AQUASENSE 2 seems is completely unique, using AI and cameras to entire map out your pool dimensions. It then goes about cleaning floor, walls, then surface and waterline, providing water clarification and advanced AI cruise debris detection like I have not witnessed before in a pool bot. Then, it returns to the point of entry, and parks itself, allowing you to pull it up out of the water. This thing is really intelligent, and I am really at a loss for words. As a utility, this pool bot is completely autonomous, requiring a very simple setup, before it gets to work for you. Programming it was a walk in the park, or in this case, a dive in the pool. The device can apparently last for over 9 hours on a charge, but I have not tested it to that limit yet. I can certainly say that it didn't take nearly that long to have my pool bottom clear of excess film, a few dead bugs, etc. I ordered my BEATBOT in the sky blue colour, and I think there are a couple of other colour options, but this was a good decor match for me.The device is also surprisingly well-weighted, and the treads are a thick, durable, rubberized design that grip any part of pool easily that it comes into contact with, as it traverses the depths and surface level, and completely takes care of business for me. I mean, I already put plenty of care into my pool, with all the appropriate chemicals... but the surface level was the one thing I could not really control well until now.I have only used the AQUASENSE 2 one time so far, but I can already tell this will be an invaluable weapon against the yuckies that have previously alluded my previous cleaning bots. I cannot recommend this option enough, it really is the best there is right now. 5 very clean stars.

Review for: Beatbot AquaSense 2 Robotic Pool Cleaner - Dark GreyRating: 4.5 out of 5I recently had the opportunity to try out the Beatbot AquaSense 2 Robotic Pool Cleaner - Dark Grey from Beatbot. What initially caught my attention was a wireless option (Like a Dolphin cleaner) Yes, there is a retrieval hook and charging base station included.. After using it for a short time (out of water), I found that it exceeded my expectations in several areas. In this review, I'll share my details with the Beatbot AquaSense 2 and highlight its pros and cons. From my product review survey:PROS:- Are any necessary tools, accessories, or components included?: Yes, there is a retrieval hook and charging base station included.- Are the contents of the box well-organized and easy to identify?: Yes, the package was well packed.- Does the packaging provide clear and accurate product information?: The packaging is lack lustre; sturdy but is clear and accurate on the contents.- Is the item well-protected during shipping to prevent damage?: Yes.- Are the materials resistant to wear and tear (e.g., rustproof metals, weatherproof plastics)?: Yes, it's basically a submersible, wireless and intelligent tank.- Are there any noticeable defects, like loose parts, scratches, or uneven finishes?: No, perfect condition.- Do the assembled parts work well together?: Yes, everything intended to move, seems to move with precision.- Does the product feel durable and well-constructed?: Very well constructed. A little heavy out of water in fact.- Does the product have a nice finish? Aesthetically pleasing?: Yes, the AuquaSense 2 has a dark grey finish. Very futuristic and sleek.- How well does the product hold up to frequent or intensive use?: Assumed good. Out of season to test full functionality.- Is the material quality appropriate for the price range?: So far, I can say yes to this model. These are expensive overall though; it better be good plastic. (Not quite on the CON side)- Is the size and weight appropriate for the product function?: I'd say yes.- Are there any additional features that add value or enhance usability?: Sensors and technology. being battery operated vs. a tethered unit is very beneficial. obstacle avoidance.- Are there any significant limitations or flaws in its design?: Battery can be a limiting factor.- Does it require specific conditions (e.g., battery power, weather conditions) to operate optimally?: Yes, needs water and fully charged battery, as well as a good WiFi connection. (At least to your app)- Does the product perform its intended function effectively?: Assumed yes, as it's still too early to fully test in a pool.- How does the product perform in real-world scenarios or under stress?: I can only assume great at this point. Updates later as required.- Is it comfortable to handle or operate for extended periods?: Totally hands free after dropping it in the pool. Autonomous unit. Out of water it's a little heavy, but the handle is comfortable.- What is the battery power and longevity like? (Large capacity, Fast charging? Fast discharge? Voltage out?): 4 hr life / 4 hr charge. This unit is 10Ah (10,000mAh).- Are there clear instructions or guidance provided (e.g., manuals, setup guides)?: App has info, huge get started card.- Does it deliver a satisfying overall experience for its intended audience?: Yes, I love robots that do things for us.- Is the product intuitive and user-friendly to operate?: Yes, with app. Very easy to setup, update and control.- Are there any areas where the product feels overpriced or underwhelming?: Yes, expensive. This is a robotic vacuum.. but for a pool. There is a lot of tech here, but still stings a bit. Better than a green, slimy bug infested pool though.- Are there any discounts or promotions?: No, there are no coupons or discounts. :(- Does the product offer features or quality that justify its price point?: Lots of tech, and it really does the dirty work for you. Just empty the basket.- How does it compare to similar products in the same category?: There are a few models. Ultra is better 5-in-1 vs. this 3-in-1 version.- Would you consider it a good investment for its cost?(One-time use vs. long term use): Good long term purchase.- Are replacement parts or accessories readily available if needed?: It seems like customer service exists, but I didn't contact them yet.- Does the warranty or guarantee provide reasonable coverage and support?: 3 year warranty.- Is the product easy to clean, maintain, or care for over time?: Yes, set on the charger, clean out the basket.- Are there any safety concerns?: No. (But don't put the base station in the water...)NO CONS NOTEDAfter thoroughly evaluating the Beatbot AquaSense 2 Robotic Pool Cleaner(And seeing what it can do online), I can provide a comprehensive assessment. At a price point of $2,199.00 at the time of ordering, I believe this product offers excellent value, but is a sting to the wallet. The standout features include all the sensors and technology, app connectivity and wireless capacity to just clean. There is an eco mode as well for longer lasting action. Overall, I highly recommend the Beatbot AquaSense 2 for anyone looking for a quality product and no-hassle cleaning. It performs exceptionally well and should meet the needs of most users. My comprehensive review calculated the score to be 4.5 out of 5 stars, so in this case I'll round up to 5 stars. Thanks!

The beatbot pool vacuum came in minimal packaging I was able to recycle. It comes packaged very well and there was no damage. The manuals that come with it are not the easiest to follow at times but take your time reading it and you'll find all the information you need is there. Since I got this during the winter, I am not able to give a review for my personal pool, but I have been asking 2 local pools if I could come use this (and another I have) and they finally allowed me. After fully charging both vacuums I wanted to review, I headed over very early one morning. The other vacuum I tested at the same time was 2/3 of the cost of this one so I expect the features for the beatbot and the cleaning ability to outshine the other one. It did! After setting it up in the app, I placed it in the pool and it sunk and went to work on both walls and floors. The beatbot is heavier than the other one I tried but no so much that it wasn't manageable. The beatbot was cleaning the floors very quickly and when it came to walls, it easily climbed and cleaned them coming with out of the water to clean the water line. It did navigate the stairs but it was a little more clunky than the smaller vacuum I also used that day. It still did a good job. Full disclosure that I don't have stairs in my personal inground pool so this feature doesn't matter to me. The battery life was exceptional, so much so the pool staff kept telling me to hurry up as they were worried about swimmers showing up for their morning swim. I was able to to a complete run on battery before I go kicked out. What I found was even though I used the other vacuum in the pool first, the beatbot had a lot of debris in the basket and a lot of fine stuff I think the other one left behind. I really like the way you charge the beatbot in a nice charging cradle instead of plugging it in a port covered with a rubber seal. I feel like this will have trouble free charging for a longer period of time. This si totally worth the price if you have a pool you want to keep clean all the time as part of your regular routine.

This is like the ferrari of the cleaner world and you are paying for it. Luckily it's a 430 and not a kit car eh? It's superb quality in construction and the functions are all pre-programmed. Also literally no description on this so I'll help you out here with mine.First the bad: They don't tell you - but I've actually used one of these before at a friends house - it cannot do curved stairs well. That's it. Yeah really. That's this things weakness as it doesn't detect the curve as an edge in it's ai programming something they are apparently working on improving.Surprise as I've already messed around with one - everything else is stupidly good. THIS is what ai should be used for, programming monotonous tasks to rid yourself of the time sucking annoyance. Cleaning a large pool properly takes an hour at least. Per week, more if there are lots of people using it it all piles up into filth. Just annoying for the luxury of having a pool so this robot that automates everything is a godsend. So what exactly does this thing do? Top. Bottom. Sides and near perfectly at that. You cannot strap a camera to it as the robot sucks in air for ballast and "weighs" itself for operations as it works sucking itself to the sides or skim the top. That's why there are very few videos of this thing in action but trust me when I say it's quite good fun watching it with a beer and a sunset it really chugs along doing it's thing. You turn it on, drop it at a 45 degree angle into the water and let go. it will paddle out using its rubber fins and then suck in water to dive like a sub to the bottom. The sides are done by taking some air, becoming bottom heavy and flipping of sorts, sinking? type thing then it paddles and sucks like remora to the side which is quite clever I have to admit. Top skimming is just that. It surfaces like a sub and paddles about like a big blue duck. Really no problems with this robot at all from my friends usage last year.I know the price is hovering around 2.1K and with taxes it comes roughly to 2.5K all in. If you have a very large pool with frequent usage, water quality is a big issue. Considering the cost in time doing it yourself VS money to pay someone to come in and do it, this is quite cheap all things considered as it never will call in sick, works 24/7 for the season and will be ready when you are next season over.Might be well worth a look! (As long as you don't have sweeping curved stairs cough cough their very big secret haha)
