Ich habe mich bewusst für die 2209 anstelle der 2208 entschieden weil diese einfach mehr Peak abkönnen und somit einfach in den ganzen China 3D Druckern (das sind fast alle Drucker von 99% der Hersteller) wesentlich länger Leben. (Da wird meisten an Schutz IC, Dioden und sonstigen gutem Zeugs gespart)Ein Abzug in der B Note gab es lediglich für die höheren Kühlkörper im Vergleich zu den standard Kühlkörpern. Dadurch kann die originale Lüfterhalterung nicht mehr genutzt werden. Etwas kürzer aber breitere Kühlkörper wären die bessere Option gewesen.Wie man auf dem Bild sieht kann man den OEM Lüfter auch erstmal provisorisch unter die Kabel klemmen.Ich selber habe diese in einem Anycubic I3 Mega S verbaut. Ich habe dazu mal ein Bild gebasteltwie diese ein zu bauen sin in diesem Model.Für mich die besten Werte waren hierbei1.10V für E0, E1 und 0.95V für die X,Y,Z AchseMeiner Erfahrung nach sind das die Optimalen Werte um Schrittverlust zu vermeiden, Temperaturentwicklung der NEMA Schrittmotoren und deren Lautstärke.Wer sich nicht zu traut die Firmware zu bearbeiten und zu flashen kann auch wie auf dem Bild die Adern drehen. Bei dem 2209 müssen sie gedreht werden weil sonst die Achsen verkehrt herum laufen.Man muss dafür vorne an dem kleinen Pin mit einem Schraubendreher den "Wiederhaken" nach unten drücken.Ganz wichtig, wer keinen Multimeter zuhause hat sollte die Treiber erst tauschen wer er so einen besitzt!!!Viel Spaß beim Umbau ;)

Habe mir diese Treiber für meinen Anycubic i3 Mega S bestellt... Es sind echt WELTEN im Geräuschpegel der Stepper-Motoren!Einziges Manko welches ich habe ist, dass man die Stecker der Stepper umpolen muss... Aber für jemand der an seinem Drucker schraubt sollte das kein Problem darstellen.Ich habe die Aderpins entriegelt und die Kabel quasi um 180Grad verdreht. Das war dann auch schon alles.

I replaced old SD8825 drivers with these TMC2209 drivers on my Bukobot v2.1 Duo.Some people have reported quality issues, so I guess I was lucky to receive 5/5 working drivers.I am currently running them in non-UART mode at this point. (UART changes may be done later, though I have them working just fine now without.)* XY run with 32usteps (jumpers), StealthChop (preconfigured), and 1.2A RMS -- I can't hear the humming from the steppers any more, yet still get full speed (>300mm/s) !* Z direction runs 32usteps, StealthChop and 1.4A RMS (distributed over two steppers) -- only thing I can hear is very soft noise from the FWRetract.* E1 and E2 run 8usteps (Jumpers), SpreadCycle (welding necessary!), ~0.9A -- the StealthChop mode would not give me enough torque to drive the extruders. Still rather quiet, but I can hear noises from FWRetract (and when exchanging filament).I spent an hour removing the welded resistance from the StealthChop setting on the two E drivers and trying to place them at the new location -- without professional SMD equipment this is a daunting task. In the end I just did the connection with tin solder and succeeded in switching to ChopCycle this way.This is the cause for the down-rating to 4 stars -- the SilentStepSticks (Watterrott) would have allowed me to use jumpers for this setting, so they would get a recommendation over these.The drivers seem to run the same temperature as the SD8825s did during operation, except during pauses, where the holding current reduction seems to help keeping motors ans a bit cooler. I have no fan for the drivers, which probably limits my printing speed a bit, but I would then also need to mount stronger steppers and might also run into reduced print quality due to limited rigidity of the synchromesh cable and some tiwsting of the Y sled, so I'm not looking into that right now.Hints: Use TMC2209 over 2208 if you need to configure 8, 16, 32 or 64 microsteps by jumpers or if you want to use the higher currents or the advanced features (stall detection and holding current reduction). Full features are only exposed via UART connection, so prepare to build your own firmware (Marlin-1.1.x works fine) ...
