I really like how this harness looks. At first glance it even seems to fit really well. The leg loops are pretty tight, but I read somewhere that these elastic leg loops stretch out pretty quick. My issue was that when I pulled on the harness to imitate belaying or hanging, I noticed some intense pinching on my inner upper thighs. It was too much to risk keeping the harness and hoping that it will go away as the leg loops stretch over time. I had to return the harness unfortunately.I ordered the small size and my measurements are 30in waist and 22in thigh. I'm at the high end of a size small according to sizing charts. I also tried on a medium at REI, but the leg loops were very loose. So the BD Solution harness seems like it will only fit a very specific body shape since the leg loops can't be adjusted.

I love this harness and it’s so comfortable. I always get compliments on it at the gym and the color is fantastic!

Absolutely love! Performs just the same as the other black diamond harnesses but has the most beautiful red/magenta color! Love it!
