These are well built wheels with inner bearings. I used them to replace larger wheels on my carry-on luggage. They are quiet on floors with the rubber outside. I know they are a bit expensive, but they really do the job. The inner diameter is large enough to pass a 6mm bolt, but would be too small for a 1/4 inch bolt.
