This is the first time I've ever needed something like this, as I required something to wear under costumes for a theatre production I am in. The show requires a lot of movement, and after looking at some local retail giants, I knew the quality wasn't there. I asked the dancers in our show they're recommendation, and when the first two said Bloch, that was enough for me. They said it was available on Amazon, so I was fortunate to get it the next day. It's gotten a lot of use over the past couple of months and it's still holding up strong! Durable, flexible, and breathable - excellent quality.Also the sizing chart is quite accurate, so err on the conservative side. I was iffy whether to get a medium or large, and went with the medium. Gives a compact fit so I can move with confidence and no slippage.

This leotard is very comfortable like the others I’ve gotten from Bloch, however this one has no bra in it. My dark nipples do not show through thank goodness, but there is no coverage there for shy people. I like the fit for a fluffier dancer, and it makes me look great. I’m 5’2.5” and about 160lbs. The large may have given me just a little looser fit, but I plan on the medium loosening up a bit as I get smaller over the semester. I have a large in another Bloch leotard and it fits fine, just a little looser than tighter. I got this for beginner ballet class.I ended up getting another in the beautiful purple and I’m so glad I did! This time in large and I like the fit even better than the medium. I’m taking modern dance and this lovely shade of purple makes me feel like I want to dance!

Purchased this for my 13 year old who is very skinny and tall for her age, but has a rather large chest. I have purchased from Bloch plenty of times prior, but never a Bloch product from Amazon before. This was my first time and my first time purchasing this style. It is authentic Bloch leotard, so the quality is top notch. Never see through, great lining and coverage. Also the chest area covered my daughter well where it didn’t seem anything was bulging out the side or too much spilling out the top. It definitely was age appropriate and my daughter felt comfortable wearing it without her dance sweater over it.
