I bought two pairs of these a while ago, have worn them for teaching (black in the black floored studio and beige on the wooden floor) and found the fit was perfect, I like the design at the arch, and my feet do not slip or move inside the shoe at all, very important when you dance

Amazon has a great price on a great shoe. This Bloch jazz shoe is the perfect wide foot shoe. My students love the low profile heel, hugging arch, and soft thin leather. The sole is a unique suede with toe pleats, more like a ballet slipper, and much nicer than plastic or rubber when dancing on a Marley dancefloor.

I really like these shoes but I'm glad that I followed the advice of other reviews and got them a size larger, If I had purchased my regular size, they would have been too small. I find them comfortable to dance in.
