I chose the all silver coloured set with the arrow ends & the design & quality are great.These are genuine surgical grade titanium with an 18G gauge. The designation is given in American terminology, so for those in the Uk where I've ordered these we're used to G23 but this is exactly the same.The rings have a slightly different design to the ends than I'm used to & they're far superior to the usual. The ends screw off the ring but rather than the ring having the thread which can sometimes be a bit sharpish or rough, the end of the hoop is smooth & flat which the end piece has the thread that screws into the ring. This means that you aren't going to feel it going in or potentially graze the inside of the piercing. I think this is a brilliant design, so well done to the maker!It ends I did find are pretty jammed on so though both ends unscrew I wasn't going to bother with any more arguments than with one end. As that's all that's needed it's not a big issue but I do wish the ends hadn't require jewellers pliers to get them off.The set comes with 3 sizes so these are ideal for wearing in different piercings as the product photos show or as stackers.These come in a large black hard plastic rimmed box with flexible plastic centre to hold the earrings in place for storage. There's a green card sleeve on top making this altogether a great way to store your earrings or as a gift.Highly Recommend
