The long arm from the ceiling is not customizable. The pictures show the light mounted closer to the ceiling, different lengths from the ceiling, but the only length available is 4 feet down. It only came with one very long central tube, and the light will not fit without it. It is too low to the ground and a hazard. I have to find a way to shorten the central tube and drill holes on it to properly mount it and use it. Misleading ad.
