Easy to install. Looks good. I am a big boy(350+) and it supports me well. The adjustable suspension is a very nice touch.I would definitely recommend this to any rider over 350lbs

Bought this for a Mongoose Grit which was bought a fun project to upgrade as I go. It's a great bike stock for the money. The frame is 19" at 700c wheels I felt like it was a good fit for my 33" inseam. I'm 6' and for the most part I could ride the bike comfortably. That said I noticed I needed a little more height than the stock seat post and that's with it maxed out. So with this I bought this and it gave the little extra height and the suspension is a nice bonus. I did add a new saddle cause I had bought two before, and put the other on my mountain bike. With a new saddle I can still tell the suspensions is there and it's pretty nice on the bum. This mostly riding on paved roads but I live in rural usa and our paved roads aren't the most smooth. Overall pretty happy with this purchase.

The seat post is extremely stiff. I weigh 180 pounds and can barely get the post to compress at the lightest setting. A heavier person may read this and think 'great but the bolts used to hold the seat are horribly placed. If your seat is not open in the middle you will not be able to get to one of the screws to tighten the seat to the post. This design prevented proper torque specs and the seat loosened up in 2 rides.
