I got the Bosch Universal Distance 50 C Laser Measure for my partner, and it’s been a great tool. It’s accurate and easy to use, measuring up to 50m with precision. The memory function is handy for keeping track of multiple measurements, and the various measuring modes make it versatile for different tasks. Laser measures are ten a penny these days and they generally have very similar features, so this Bosch one didn't look out of the ordinary to me. After a bit of use though I think it is clearly a step above the generic ones I've used in a few ways:- It's compact, smaller than I expected, others I've used, and has a nice grippy feel.- It is way more consistent and accurate.- It actually works in daylight over long distances, I've been using it up to around 30m outdoors so far.The budget range puts this more in the professional use bracket but it feels like a professional tool so I think it fits the bill. The more generic ones are fine for more general measuring indoors like room sizes to the nearest cm, but I think anyone who needs something precise will find this ideal. Can't fault it.

Praktisches kleines Lasermessgerät, welches hinreichend zuverlässig funktoniert und in der Kombination mit MeasureOn es erlaubt, schnell Grundrisse aufzuzeichnen.Wäre nur noch besser, wenn man einen brauchbaren Standard für die Übertragung der Messdaten veröffentlichen würde, damit das auch anderswo eingearbeitet werden kann.

Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben, als die unzähligen Messgeräte dieser Art aus China, welche ständig Fehlmessungen oder grobe Wiederholgenauigkeiten, selbst vom selben Standpunkt, aufweisen.Bei diesem Gerät von Bosch sitzt jede Messung. Wenn ich zehnmal von exakt identischer Stelle messe, wird auch zehnmal dieser Wert bis auf die letzte Ziffer angezeigt. Das nennt man Wiederholgenauigkeit.Im großen und ganzen ist das Gerät sehr zweckmäßig und knapp ausgestattet.Es ist etwa kein digitaler Neigungsmesser oder Wasserwaage integriert. Keine Pieptöne, keine Winkelfunktionen etc.Wer das nicht braucht absolut OK.Messung von vorn oder hinten am Gerät einfach über separate Taste umschaltbar.Ich bin froh, den im vorherigen Kauf Chinaschr. mit 100M Distanz und ständigen Falsch, und Fehlmessungen für 25 zurückgeschickt und mir dieses Bosch 50C für mehr Geld gekauft zu haben.Das ist mir diese Qualität allemal wert.
