This is a great gift for anyone. I bought it for my other half who has a lot of jewelry & he likes to keep what he's going to wear the next day in there. He also adds what he's takes off that night, right in this beautifully sized box! He also puts his wallet, keys, some medication bottles in it when he gets in. I actually purchased it to be an extention to his jewelry case. To some degree it is, but since he's always on the move he has made it his, "To Drop Off & To Go Box!" He loves that it's big & it's safe & sturdy all while looking great as well. It's not a skinny little shoe box, it's a well made good size treasure chest made of wood & not crappy plastic. It came with a lock & two small keys as well. However, it has a closure of its own when not using the lock & key function. I'm sure it's going to change it's current use status & it'll be used for whatever he needs it to be. It is really nice looking, roomy, heavy, well made chest that can be used for whatever you need it to be. It's functions are actually limitless... you decide what to use yours for. It's a handsome gift that anyone would enjoy. It came really fast actually & right before Christmas/Hanukkah at that! It was well packaged so there was no way it could be damaged en route to us! This is just a gift no one could not appreciate! It's a great gift for a male or female who needs a gift that they're not expecting to need, but absolutely do!!! Get one!

Die Truhe ist aus sehr dünnem Holz, ob sie einen Sturz überstehen würde weiß ich nicht, ich möchte es auch lieber nicht ausprobieren. Sie ist aber sehr schön verarbeitet, einzig die schnalle ist bei mir minimal schief wenn sie offen ist. Stört aber nicht. Ich habe sie seit zwei Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden

Nice box for your scattered treasures

Insgesamt gefällt mir das Kistchen recht gut, es ist hübsch anzuschauen. Für Kleinigkeiten gut geeignet, sollte der Inhalt etwas schwerer werden, dann müsste man direkt das Holz verstärken, denke ich. Für normale Kleinigkeiten aber gut geeignet.

This box isn’t the strongest box. The wood is on the thinner side BUT as long as you’re not going to store 10lbs of stuff in here you should be fine. I like that it locks, the lock came with it. By the way it’s a small simple bear lock. Which most of the keys for ALL of them are “universal” so if someone knows that they can just buy keys and open your box. If you need a better lock then get a small lock that has its own unique key/lock (like a luggage lock). Everything looks fine no damage or crappy craftsmanship it’s a very attractive box with that treasure box style, without being too over the top; looking like an under the sea pirate box. This box is exactly the kind of style I was looking. I was looking. I’m using it to store my spiritual items. The only thing I’d say is I paid maybe $37 for this box? I think it’s worth more like $25-$30.Other than that, it’s A+ & I LOVE IT!

Ich habe die Box für Zusatz-Material aus einem Brettspiel bestellt.Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Box ist relativ stabil, schließt gut und sieht super aus.Eine der Zierleisten stand etwas ab, weil einer der kleinen Nägel fehlte, das war aber schnell selbst behoben.Ich kann die Box empfehlen!

Die Truhe war ein Geschenk für ein Kind, ich hätte sie sonst zurück geschickt. Es war zum einen kein Schloss dabei, der Deckel ist leicht schief und schliesst deshalb an einer Seite nicht richtig. Da ist schon ein deutlicher Spalt zu sehen. Dann ist auf der Unterseite das Holz, das generell sehr dünn ist, an mehreren Stellen abgesplittert. Das haben wir mit feinem Schleifpapier behoben. Mein Fazit: für den Preis (29,99 €) habe ich bessere Qualität erwartet. Kann das hier nicht empfehlen und wäre es nicht ein Geschenk gewesen und so knapp vor Weihnachten, hätte ich sie zurück geschickt.

Kiste macht echt einen super Eindruck. Sieht echt schön aus und ist stabil. Das Material ist nur etwas dünn, meine ist zwar noch in einem sehr guten zustand aber ich verwende sie nicht sonderlich oft. Ist also wirklich nur eine deko box und keine schutzbox.

Die Box sieht zunächst sehr gut aus. Doch leider bemerkt man sehr schnell, dass die Verarbeitung nicht die beste ist. Das Holz wirkt recht billig und die Scharniere des Deckels sind ziemlich wackelig befestigt.Das schlimmste ist jedoch, dass bei zwei (!) der Füße Nägel herausstanden, was mir erst auffiel, als ich nach dem verrücken der Box kleine Kratzer in meiner Holztischplatte hatte. Ich musste selber Filzgleiter drunter kleben.Falls man also etwas wirklich hochwertiges sucht, sollte man von diesem Produkt Abstand nehmen.

Ich arbeite mit Kindern und Jugendlichen und benötige dafür öfters „Schatzkisten“ für ihre persönlichen „Schätze“ (Talente, Stärken, Ressourcen u.ä.) Die bestellte Kiste gefiel uns in diesem enormen Internet- Sortiment als sehr geeignet. Sie wurde umgehend geliefert und erfüllte alle daran geknüpften Erwartungen. Auch der Verkäufer entpuppte sich als sehr freundlich, motiviert und engagiert. So sendete er mir- nachdem ich ihm erzählt habe, wofür wir die Kiste benötigen- einen Riesenkarton mit zahlreichen weiteren Kisten mit kleinen Mängeln- die er so nicht anbieten möchte. Ich finde sie allesamt sehr schön und möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal dafür bedanken. Ich kann den Verkäufer guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. :-)

Aus irgendeinem Grund habe ich mehr oder weniger von heute auf morgen damit angefangen, Münzen zu sammeln. Keine Währungen oder Sonderprägungen, sondern Pressed Pennies und Souvenirmedaillen aus dem Automaten. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es kaum ein Andenken, das leichter und schneller zu haben ist: Man investiert ein wenig Geld und hat direkt eine optisch ansprechende Erinnerung an einen schönen Tag. Außerdem kann man die Münzen überall verstauen. Und da der Einsatz überschaubar und die Verfügbarkeit des Öfteren zeitlich begrenzt ist, lohnt es sich für Sammler, so viele Souvenirmedaillen wie möglich zu ergattern.Da ich zu den Jägern und Sammlern gehöre, die sich nie für ein bestimmtes Motiv entscheiden können und gerne komplette Sammelsätze besitzen, habe ich mir fast immer und überall alle verfügbaren Exemplare gesichert. Auf diese Art und Weise kam in letzter Zeit eine ordentliche Anzahl zusammen. Anfangs habe ich die Münzen noch in einem Becher gelagert, bevor ich sie in passende Sammelalben gesteckt habe. Allerdings war mir das Fassungsvermögen vor allem auf Dauer zu gering. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich mittlerweile für die hier angebotene Schatztruhe von Brynnberg entschieden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden: Die Kiste sieht nicht nur ansprechend aus, sondern fasst darüber hinaus auch noch den Inhalt von acht bis zehn Sammelalben. Die Maße der Truhe betragen 20 x 18 x 9 cm, was nicht sonderlich groß ist, sich aber optimal für die Aufbewahrung von kleinen Sammlerstücken eignet. Und mal ganz nebenbei: Wo wären Münzen besser aufgehoben als in einer Schatztruhe? Da meine Pressed Pennies und Souvenirmedaillen allesamt für wertvolle Erinnerungen stehen, ist es meiner Meinung nach nicht übertrieben, sie als Schatz zu bezeichnen. Aus diesem Grund wird die Truhe ihrer Rolle mehr als gerecht.
