Work well for the Bugaboo. Strap on to the stroller. It's a bit annoying that you have to remove them to fold the stroller completely. Wish this wasnt the case. I gave the item 3 stars because of the inability to complete fold the stroller without removing each one and the way the car seat must be removed. You do not remove the car seat with the typical back of the seat device but rather squeeze the top of the adapters to then remove. While it's not difficult, it's not the most efficient and if I had known beforehand I wouldnt have purchased the stroller.

This is the second Bugaboo adapter I've had. I previously had one for the Graco SnugRide. Both work exactly as intended and couldn't be easier to use. They're completely self-explanatory, too.
