I use this for canyoning. It's nice and light, gives good protection and is easy to adjust thanks to the thumb-wheel at the back for loosening/tightening. Even with a GoPro mounted, it's a nicely balanced well fitting helmet. Lastly, as this is the same 'spec' as Kong's commercial helmet, it will take the same accessories (visor & ear defenders).

Yeah good safety helmet...light enough...comfortable...all good...would recommend.

Mi serviva un casco protettivo per mia figlia che va in skate e bici..non potevo scegliere di meglio.. ottimo per scongiurare cadute e traumi alla testolina di mia figlia! Ora sono un pochino più serena con questo dispositivo!

El casco era tal y como se describe pero en mi caso era pequeño. Tuve que devolver y no había posibilidad de más talla. Todo correcto.
