So many of the reviews of oil cans on here state that they don’t work, no matter how much you pump the trigger assembly no oil comes out - angry of Cleethorpes…I was about to become that person after I took delivery of this oil can. I went into the garage, found a funnel, carefully filled it about 3/4 full and screwed the top back on. Pump pump with my thumb, nothing. Ok I thought it might not be self priming, let me pour some down the barrel. Cue huge mess over the garage bench and increased irritability factor. Shake it about, even try to suck the oil through the flexible tube (don’t try that one at home). Nothing, nada, zilch. Ready the pen for a monumental broadside to the supplier,Then one last try. How about if I pump it really fast, I mean really fast as if you’re shaking a bottle of ketchup but pushing up and down that fast - got the idea? Success…… massive squirt of oil over the bench and more mess than I had ever intended and the beast works. It’s alive…Forgive my exuberance. So if you buy one of these and it fails to kick into life try that option. It worked for me and it’s a great piece of kit now.I did see someone had asked for sizes so in a fit of enthusiasm I measured it. 85mm diameter base, 145mm height (base to top of thumb plunger) and finally length of spout, flexible one 140mm and rigid one 130mm. Hopefully that helps potential purchasers.Don’t forget to like and subscribe and comment below. Whoops sorry wrong global conglomerate.I can now thoroughly recommend this oil can.

Looks great on the shelf but doesn’t really work.Now after 11 months it doesn’t work at all.Only fit for the bin
