The unit was installed and worked well for 6-9 months. After that it failed and the wall controller stopped working. The after service support was very good. They sent me information on troubleshooting and worked through it with me. They sent me spare parts fairly quickly. I would say I was very satisfied with the support. The only downside is that I had to take it apart myself and spend a bit of time fixing it.

After buying the unit there now seems to be a short circuit causing my breaker to trip.The customer support is really good.They send heater elements and they offer to replace the unit if the problem is not resolved.
