I purchased a size EU 46 pair of these shoes and they were the correct length leaving a comfortable space in front of my longest toe, but the width was extremely narrow causing my toes to be packed tightly into the front of the shoe. This produced a raw red spot on my small toe and on the sides of the top of my foot in the short 3-4 hours standing mostly static while I attended a party and with minimal walking. If you have narrow feet, then these will be great, I do not sadly so I will probably never wear these shoes again.
