La punta si comporta benissimo, inoltre essendo a taglienti negativi spinge il truciolo del legno verso il basso.

I don't know if the price was competitive, but quality of the item is excellent. I have a bunch of generic (and some branded, most a lot cheaper) router bits but none of them compare in terms of ease of routing (like a warm knife through butter) and quality of the result (crisp and clean cut, hardly any chipping or other imperfections). If i had the money, i would only ever buy cmt :-).
