Der Frequenzumrichter (VFD) ist benutzerfreundlich und verfügt über ein benutzerfreundliches Tastenfeld für die Bedienung. Die Sicherheit steht im Vordergrund und verfügt über umfassende Schutzmechanismen gegen verschiedene Probleme wie Überhitzung, Überlastung und Spannungsprobleme.
Spindelhalter aus Aluminium
Der Φ80-mm-Spindelhalter besteht aus hochwertigem Aluminiummaterial und verfügt über eine bearbeitete Oberfläche, die eine einfache Installation, Demontage und Verwendung ermöglicht. Befestigen Sie es einfach mit vier Schrauben, um die Installation abzuschließen.
Tauchwasserpumpe
Diese Pumpe bietet einen hohen Hub, eine große Fördermenge und eine hervorragende Isolierung. Um ordnungsgemäß zu funktionieren, muss es vollständig in Wasser eingetaucht sein. Für den einfachen Anschluss an den Spindelmotor liefern wir zusammen mit der Pumpe Wasserleitungen mit.

My initial spindle seized after approximately three months use. When I first ran it up, it was noisy but I thought it would wear in. It generated a lot of heat in the water cooling reservoir and eventually came up with an ERR40 message and was no longer useable.I contacted SainSmart regarding the issue and after a few emails to diagnose what the issue was, they sent out a replacement setup. It was here in three days after the representative confirmed replacement and the Amazon delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure I got it on a Sunday outside of business hours. my machine was only down for a total of 5 days from the failure.THIS is the kind of customer service that all companies should aim to provide. I am very happy with my Genmitsu ProVer XL. I upgraded it to 6060 with upgraded servo motors and added this VFD and spindle to the package. The new spindle that they sent is amazingly quiet compared to the defective one it replaced.Huge thanks to Bettina at SainSmart customer service!!

So the cable from the spindle to the VFD is not grounded. This is felt already as it makes contact with your machine.I wanted to use it to be driven by my controller, there is no sensible info for that even in the manual.

Le produit est de bonne qualité, cependant hormis un manuel très sommaires pour les branchements « basiques », aucune documentation concernant la programmation du VFD !!!Aujourd’hui il m’est impossible d’exploiter les possibilités de l’outil avec GRBL correctement !

This is a beast of a spindle and a huge step up for me. Of course the first thing you notice is the noise, or better stated, the lack of noise and the weight, this thing is heavy it's like a bowling ball - about 15lbs. Not only do your axises have to be able to handle the weight but so do your stepper motors. The 4030 was up to the task.Setup wasn't too bad, the physical installation was pretty easy. I watched a bunch of videos to better understand the settings on the VFD. I saw people complaining about the water pump on different models but I haven't had any problems. I don't have my VFD integrated into my controller, I had a cheap palm router before so I am used to turning it on and off manuallyA couple of things I learned you might want to keep in mind, My previous setup had everything plugged into the same 15 amp circuit/power strip. When I actually started to use the machine I blew the breaker and had to move the shop vac to a different circuit. This made the pump/vac/spindle all on-off a little more difficult. This spindle uses ER20 collets, I had plenty of ER11 but 0 ER20, order some ER20 when you get this kit. All your saved projects still work but but your feed rate will be off. This doesn't hurt anything but might as well take advantage of all that power. This upgrade was a little intimidating and maybe for me a little overkill but every day I like it more - Recommended
